I also had to get a picture of one of the receptionists, “Werku”, another part of the team who made things run so much smoother for us. He even ordered lunch for us today and hand delivered the trays to us in the waiting room. We had been there since 6am and didn’t have much for dinner the night before and nothing to eat all day. Werku always fixed any reservation screw ups for us with lodging and put us straight through to Ellen whenever we called.
